As the Continuing Education Application and Research Center, it adopts the Quality Policies and Corporate Identity Guide of our University and carries out all its activities in accordance with these principles and standards.

In all trainings coordinated by Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Continuing Education Application and Research Center (BEUNSEM), current developments such as the conditions of the day, developments in science and technology, innovations in Laws and Legislation are followed by the relevant coordinators and training activities are developed and new areas of activity are determined. In this context, BEUNSEM follows current developments and continues to improve the quality of its trainings through its membership in the “Turkish Universities Continuing Education Center Council (TÜSEM)”.

In the last hour of the activities organized by BEUNSEM, all participants are asked to complete an “Evaluation Questionnaire” to question the content of the training topics, the success of the trainer and the physical adequacy of the training venues. These questionnaires are evaluated together with the relevant coordinator at the end of the training and necessary improvements are made for future trainings. In addition, complaints or requests received via BEUNSEM e-mail address are responded to immediately and necessary improvements are made.

BEUNSEM supports quality and accreditation studies in its activities with its membership in the newly established “Universities Continuing Education Association, UNISED”, which aims to be an authorized accreditation unit especially in certified trainings.
